While I understand that unexpected events can arise, respecting Harmony Head Spas time is essential. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 75% of service. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy.
